Langton Herring

MAINTENANCE is always a headache for village churches and St Peter’s, Langton Herring is no exception.

Major works are soon to begin on the tower, in the vestry and rebuilding the chimney.

A tender has been accepted and it is hoped that the work will be completed before Christmas – dare I write fingers crossed in this case!

Services will not be disrupted but there will be some restrictions for health and safety reasons.
