PEOPLE are being invited to attend a fundraiser on behalf of the Portland Parish.
The event will be held at The Highwood Garden, Wareham, on Monday, May 4.
The Highwood Garden contains a collection of eye-catching rhododendrons and azaleas in a woodland setting.
It will be open on the bank holiday in aid of the Portland Parish.
It costs £5 per adult to enter the garden and £2.50 per child aged between six and 16. Children aged Under fives can enter for go free.
The Garden will be open between 2.30pm and 6pm.
On The Green, outside The Garden, there will be cream teas available, a plant sale, a White Elephant stall and a bouncy castle.
Entrance to The Green will be free. Proceeds Funds raised will help the parish continue to support and aid Portland’s community.
A competition has been organised to win free tickets worth £15. First prize is a family ticket for two adults and two children.
The draw for this will take place on Monday, April 20 at midday in St John’s Church Hall.
