Saturday, 14th April there will be a working party in the Village Hall from 10am till 4pm to cut, sew and attach flags to the tape - all volunteers, male or female (with or without sewing machines)
will be very welcome! Come for as long or short a time as you can & join in the fun.
MY FAMILY are again running the Race For Life in aid of Cancer Research UK & if anyone would like to

ON SATURDAY, 21st April, after a sad lapse, we are going to celebrate ST GEORGE’S DAY in the village – the Hall committee have organised a short programme of English Songs by Barry Townsend &
Oliver Broome at 7.00pm sharp in the Church – followed by fresh cooked Fish and Chip Supper and English dessert in the Hall at 8.00pm. There will be a Bar serving cider and beer, a Raffle and
tickets are available at £8.00 (pre-booking is essential).
