OVER fifty children and adults braved the wet weather for the grand opening at Lodmoor County Park of a children’s play galleon.
Funding for this magnificent equipment comes from the Borough’s planning agreements in respect of recent building developments.
THE Friends of Lodmoor Country Park Litter Pick takes place on Saturday, November 13.
They are hoping for a good turn out as many hands to make light work, so, the more the merrier, meeting at the swings at 9.30 am.
THE LCP Friends AGM is scheduled for 7pm on Monday, November 29 at the Lodmoor Inn.
THE Coffee Morning on Saturday, November 13, 10.30am-12.30pm, at St Aldhelm’s Church Lounge, is in aid of the new Church Hall.
There will be home made cakes, garden produce and plants on sale, refreshments and a warm welcome.
