When you hear someone saying "That was better than Download!" after going to a gig, you know you've seen one rocking show!
Bullet for my Valentine brought the roof down at the O2 in Boscombe, as they showcased songs from their albums The poison, Venom, and Temper Temper.
Support came from Coldrain (thrashing Japanese metal with impressive vocals) and While She Sleeps (the lead singer screamed so hard he was spitting blood!).
Bullet, a Welsh band who've been going since I was born in 1998, brought a crashing and cursing metal show to the O2.
The crowd, mainly consisting of sweaty, grungy teens, were all up for the head banging and crowd surfing as the show kicked off.
The screeching guitar solos and heavy bass lines brought a whole new atmosphere to the gig and provided a soundtrack to a full-on raging mosh-pit.
The crowd went mad for The Poison and Suffocating Under the Words of Sorrow, two of their popular songs that the audience can get involved in by joining in with the chants.
The band had a great rapport with the crowd - they were borderline humble for the support of their fans and this was the first time they've toured in the UK for a while.
Yes, my ears were ringing as I came out. But it was so worth it.
