PROPELLER, the all-male theatre company widely known for its mission to educate audiences and expand people’s knowledge of Shakespeare, returns to Dorset with their brilliant adaptation of Henry V.
Under the direction of Edward Hall, who is also the artistic director at the Hampstead Theatre and associate director at the National Theatre, they deliver accessible and excellent performances.
Their production of Henry V toured globally and is coming to the Marine Theatre in Lyme Regis in a pocket, 60-minute re-imagining on April 4, at 8pm.
Pocket Henry tells the heroic tale of England’s greatest warrior.
Watch how Henry V prepares to lead England into battle against a mighty French opponent with his band of brave, loyal brothers.
In a world where loyalty and courage are put to the test, will Henry V and England prevail and win the day?
Ideal for theatre lovers, young audiences and for those currently studying Shakespeare, there will also be a Q&A session with cast members following the performance.
