SOUTH Coast Ballet’s Cinderella is one of the must-see family events of the summer. The timeless rags to riches tale of an unusual love story full of charm and beauty is coming to Lighthouse in Poole, performed by young dancers from across Dorset.

This version of the tale, choreographed and perceived by South Coast ballet’s artistic director Caron Yardley, closely follows the original Perrault fairytale story. It includes many additional scenes and dances, as well as some highly entertaining scenes between two extremely nasty ugly sisters alongside beautiful dancing by a talented cast.

This beautiful ballet abounds with the gorgeous music of Prokofiev, set against an engaging storyline full of wit and humour about how true love always wins in the end.
