MESNEY Philip 'Phil' 29/02/1972 - 20/07/2003 A Strange & Amazing day that comes only once every four years. It was Tuesday 29th February 1972 when Philip came into the world. An incredible Son, Brother, Uncle & Friend to many. Never Forgotten & Eternally cherished. Every moment spent with Phil was a special gift. Thank-you for the memories Phil - Your Loving Family.
