What tosh these food inspectors write – one visit and the can blight a place without much evidence.
We have been going to the Pavilion for shows for at least 15 years.
We then found that it was so much easier to eat there, on the spot ready for the show, and found the Green Room so popular that we always booked a table.
The food on the menu has improved with plenty of variety.
It has always been enough, the service allowing for the amount of patrons satisfactorily and the staff very pleasant.
Bearing in mind that the Green Room is more of a canteen for the theatre rather than a restaurant, it is most acceptable on all counts.
It does what is required of it, gives good varied food at a reasonable price, with a suitable menu and served quite quickly for a smallish outlet with no wasted trimmings. We like it.
