HUNDREDS of businesses were affected by a fault on an underground cable earlier today.
Between 12.25pm and 1.21pm businesses on St Mary Street in Weymouth experienced the power failure.
Southern Electric confirmed there had been a fault over the weekend, as well as today, and that engineers had now fixed the problem.
