A BRIDE-TO-BE had a surprise thanks to her fiancé’s romantic words.
Gillie Shearn received a ruby and diamond necklace from partner Anthony Blunt after he won a competition at Dorchester jeweller 2 Kings.
Entrants to the competition were asked to describe what love means in a bid to win the £350 necklace.
Anthony, 67, wrote: “Love Means... everything that my woman stands for. With her I am the richest man on earth, and without her I am the poorest.”
