THE rector of the Portland parish is using a £1,000 prize to buy camping equipment to enable struggling youngsters to go on expeditions.
Clarks Village customer the Rev Tim Gomm won the money to spend at outdoor retailer Trespass.
Rev Gomm, right, was chosen at random from thousands of entries.
He previously worked in Poole helping young people who struggled with the education system, setting up week-long camping expeditions.
