CYPRUS was the ‘absolutely perfect’ destination for one Poundbury couple’s big day.
Sarah Smith, 26, and Kevin Cox, 36, tied the knot at the Louis Imperial Beach Hotel in Paphos.
Twenty members of the couple’s family flew over to share the special day with them.
The sun blazed down for the big day and guests enjoyed the 37 degree heat.
The wedding was followed by a party for family and friends in the TA hall in Dorchester.
The couple met at the Firestation night club in Dorchester and Kevin proposed to Sarah on Christmas Day 2010 in front of Sarah’s family.
The bride said everyone had a wonderful day and the party was great.
She said: “It was a really special day from beginning to end. It was absolutely perfect.”
The couple would like to thank all their family for flying out for the big day and making it so special and all their friends and family who came to their wedding party.
Sarah and Kevin also said they would like to thank best man Damien Gillet and bridesmaids Poppy and Emily.
