A WEATHER warning is in place for parts of Dorset today for heavy rain and thundery downpours.
The Met Office has issued a yellow weather warning for the area and said there is the possibility of localised flooding.

They say torrential downpours will be seen in some areas with 20-25mm of rain possible within an hour and 40mm within three hours although many places will receive less.
The Environment Agency has issued low-risk flood warnings for seven different regions – with Bournemouth, Poole and parts of Dorset among them.
