I am constantly getting through my door plastic sacks from various charities which I am more than happy to fill.

I put them out on the correct day, only to find they are never collected.

Consequently, I am left with several bags. As I do not drive, what am I supposed to do with them?

I object to having to ring the charity to arrange a pick-up.

The people who deliver the sacks should make a note of the streets, so the collection team knows where to collect from.
