Lights are taking over
Businesses in and around St Alban Street have united to swap flags for Christmas lights.
Staff at Elegance Hair Salon are arranging for the much-loved flags to temporarily be taken down for the festive season, with the support of other local businesses. The lights will be switched on next week and the flags put back up after Christmas.
