Firefighters free person from lift in Weymouth
Firefighters helped to release a person from a lift in Weymouth this morning.
At approximately midday, the service was alerted to an individual shut in a lift within a residential premises on St Alban Street.
One fire crew from Weymouth was mobilised and firefighters manually operated the lift to release the person and then isolated the lift.
The person was released by 12.33pm and the crew then left the scene.
