THE Dorchester branch of the Workers Educational Association will be running a host of courses in the new year looking at subjects ranging from opera to antiques.
The Enjoying Opera course will involve seven sessions starting on Monday, January 27 and costs £45.
There will be an evening course entitled ‘Getting to know trees... better’ over six sessions from Wednesday, January 29 at a cost of £31. A one-day course will look at the work of Matisse on Saturday, February 1.
On Saturday, March 8 Brian Wright will lead a session entitled ‘Exploring Antiques’.
Both courses cost £20 and all of the events are held at the Dorford Centre.
