Defendant denies intimidation charge
A MAN charged with intimidating a witness has denied the offence at an appearance at Dorchester Crown Court.
Dominic Marcus Valerio, aged 20, is alleged to have approached the witness in a subway in Abbotsbury Road in Weymouth and told him ‘you’re the one that grassed my mates up’ before grabbing him in a headlock.
He pleaded not guilty to the offence and the case was set down for trial on May 13.
Valerio, of Queens Drive, Wavertree, Liverpool, was released on bail.
