What is a bird? Find out in Dorchester
DOCTOR Gareth Dyke from the University of Southampton will be asking What is a Bird? when he delivers a talk at the Dorset County Museum on Wednesday, February 12.
Dr Dyke will be at the High West Street museum from 7pm and his talk will consider the geological and fossil evidence that is available to help us understand the prehistoric origin of birds.
All are welcome to attend and entry is free, although a £3 donation is encouraged to cover costs.
