I have read many letters and comments regarding shared footpaths and cycle tracks.
I would like to point out I am not anti-cyclists or anti-council but I am anti-stupidity.
For some reason the powers that be have thrown us all together on tracks that are unfit for both ie: too narrow, on blind bends and poorly maintained.
I do agree some cyclists travel too fast and there will be a serious injury at some point or worse.
If only they would slow down and think they have the right of way.
So come on: let’s have separate tracks.
