SHARON SAMANTHA HUGHES, aged 44, of Fleet Court. Found guilty of using a motor vehicle without third party insurance. Fined £110 and licence endorsed with six penalty points. Also found guilty of failing to produce a driving licence for examination by a police officer. Fined £35.

AMY GRACE KENNEDY, aged 35, of Sprague Close, Upwey. Admitted failing without reasonable excuse to provide a specimen for breath analysis. Fined £110 and ordered to pay £85. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for three years.

JASON JAMES HENRY DODSWORTH, aged 45, of East Street. Admitted possessing 283 milligrams of Class A drug, crack cocaine. Also, admitted possessing 159 milligrams of heroin, also known as diamorphine. Drugs to be forfeited and destroyed. Ordered to be detained in the courthouse. Detention deemed served by reason of time already spent in custody. Also admitted failing to surrender at a police station at the appointed time. No separate penalty.

KENNETH THOMAS WALKER, aged 48, of Spiller Road, Chickerell. Admitted three charges of assault by beating. Also admitted obstructing or resisting a police constable in execution of duty. Community order made, the defendant must comply with the following requirements: Supervision Requirement for two years. Restraining order made for the defendant until 2015. Ordered to pay total compensation of £150.

STEPHEN WILLIAM CRAFT, aged 54 of Rodwell Road. Admitted assault by beating. The defendant must comply with the following requirements: Supervision Requirement for one year, Unpaid Work Requirement: carry out unpaid work for 150 hours within the next twelve months. Restraining order made. Ordered to pay compensation of £300 and costs of £85.

ANDREW DAVID WEBB, aged 35, of Plough Close, Osmington. Admitted failing to provide a breath specimen at Weymouth police station for analysis by police. Also admitted using a motor vehicle on a road or public place without third party insurance and using a motor vehicle on a road without a valid test certificate. Fined £350 and ordered to pay costs of £85. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 12 months.

JULIJA KUDRJAVCEVA, aged 30, of Penny Street. Admitted using a colour television receiver without a licence. Fined £35 and ordered to pay costs of £35.

EMILY LLOYD, aged 33, of Corporation Road. Admitted using a colour television receiver without a licence. Fined £35 and ordered to pay costs of £35.

LOUIS RICHARD BRAIN, aged 24, of Fleet Road. Admitted criminal damage to property, namely destroyed a pane of glass to the value of approximately £120 intending to destroy or damage such property or being reckless as to whether such property would be destroyed or damaged. Ordered to pay compensation of £120 and a further £50 compensation in relation to an offence taken into consideration. Ordered to pay costs of £85.

PAUL ALAN NICHOLLS, aged 41, of King Street. Admitted breaching of a harassment order. Discharged conditionally for six months. To pay costs of £85.
