I was down on the beach on Sunday and was amazed by how many people were walking and playing there.
And as well as people there were probably about 100 dogs, some on leads, but most not, and I didn’t see any problems with dogs jumping up at children or fighting among themselves and there were many breeds there from Yorkshire Terriers to Mastiffs and several Staffies too.
So to all the people who want dogs banned from the beach, you should take the time to look around before you pass judgement and tar all dog owners with the same brush, because 99 per cent of them are okay and it’s only the other one per cent that cause all of the bad press.
