Ec-homes open their doors to the public
PEOPLE are invited to visit a number of eco-homes in North Dorset this weekend at an Open Eco-homes event on Saturday, May 17 and Sunday, May 18.
Sustainability officer for North Dorset District Council Paul McIntosh said: “We have asked householders and companies who have installed energy efficiency, renewable energy and other environmental improvements in their homes and offices to share their experience with those who wish to improve their own properties.”
Properties taking part in the event range from privately own small homes to HMP Guys Marsh and the offices of North Dorset District Council.
