THE Jurassic Fantastic Spring Tide Food Festival is returning to West Dorset.

The National Trust West Dorset team will once again host the event at Hive Beach, Burton Bradstock this weekend against the backdrop of Lyme Bay.

The festival will be open between 10am and 4pm on both days.

There will be lots going on over the weekend with a strong community emphasis that will offer an opportunity to discover and meet local food producers.

With over 40 stallholders attending, the festival will bring together and showcase some of the best food and drink from across the county, featuring a line-up of locally-made artisan bread, jams, chutneys, tea, coffee, beer and more.

Caz Richards, volunteer Spring Tide Festival Project Manager working at the award-winning nearby Hive Beach Café said: “We’ll be tempting visitors to experience a fusion of local seasonal foods from Dorset-inspired Sushi to the indulgent naughty but nice sweet treats.”
