SHERIEF JAMES AMIR OSMAN, also known as SHERIF JAMES OSMAN, aged 33, of King Street, Weymouth. Admitted possessing a quantity of cannabis, a controlled drug of class B. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. Ordered to pay £85 costs. Cannabis to be forfeited and destroyed.

ROWENA SARAH CROOK, aged 35, of Cleveland Avenue, Weymouth. Admitted driving a vehicle on B3156 Lanehouse Rocks Road, Weymouth, at a speed exceeding 30mph. Fined £135 and ordered to pay £35 costs. Licence endorsed with 3 penalty points.

REECE ANDREW MCCOY, aged 27, of Radipole Lane, Weymouth. Found guilty of assault by beating. Committed to prison for 6 months suspended for 12 months. Ordered to pay £100 compensation and £80 costs. Admitted committing a further offence whilst subject to order of conditional discharge. Dealt with for original offences of stealing a Duracell USB charger and stealing a set of speakers and given no separate penalty.

MICHAEL JOSEPH MCCARTHY, aged 39, of Rowan Close, Weymouth. Admitted assault by beating. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. Ordered to pay £50 compensation and £50 costs.

AMY BROWN, aged 26, of Old Malthouse, Weymouth. Proved in absence of not being in a designated compulsory ticket area and entered a train for the purpose of travelling without having a valid ticket entitling her to travel. Fined £200 and ordered to pay £4 compensation and costs of £140.

Proved in absence of not being in a designated compulsory ticket area and entered a train for the purpose of travelling without having a valid ticket entitling him to travel. Fined £200 and ordered to pay £9.70 compensation and costs of £140.

CATHERINE MARIA SMITH, aged 27, of Rodwell Road, Weymouth. Proved in absence of not being in a designated compulsory ticket area and entered a train for the purpose of travelling without having a valid ticket entitling her to travel. Fined £200 and ordered to pay £9.40 compensation and costs of £140.

MARTYN STEWART HANNAFORD, also known as MARTYN STEWART HANNIFORD, aged 34, of Preston Road, Weymouth. Admitted assault by beating. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. Ordered to £50 compensation. Also admitted committing a further offence whilst subject to order of conditional discharge. No action taken, order to continue.

MATTHEW JAMES CESARY WEEDING, also known as MATTHEW JAMES CESARE WEEDING, aged 33, c/o Norfolk Road, Weymouth. Admitted possessing 44 grams of cannabis, a controlled drug of Class B. Community order made with drug rehabilitation requirement for six months, supervision requirement for 12 months and requirement to carry out 60 hours of community work within the next 12 months. Also admitted failing without reasonable excuse to surrender to custody. Community order with requirements as above.

STEPHEN PAUL ALCOCK, aged 41, of Radipole Lane, Weymouth. Admitted driving a vehicle after consuming so much alcohol the proportion of it in breath was 65 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit is 35 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Fined £300 and ordered to pay £85 costs. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 14 months.

KEVIN GORDON SEARLE, aged 30, of St Lawrence Road, Weymouth. Admitted possessing 5.7g of herbal cannabis, a controlled drug of Class B. Discharged conditionally for 6 months. Cannabis to be forfeited and destroyed.
