Community order made with drug rehabilitation requirement for six months and supervision requirement for 12 months. Also admitted at Bridport stealing a men’s Nevis jacket to the value of £88, belonging to Fat Face and stealing an Emporio Diamond Fragrance, to the value of £87 belonging to Boots. Community order with requirements as above.

The legal limit is 80 milligrammes of alcohol per 100 millilitres of blood. Fined £400 and ordered to pay £85 costs. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 16 months.
