STEVEN JOHN SWAFFIELD LOVELESS, aged 54, of Chilcombe Lane, Chilcombe, Bridport. Admitted using a handheld mobile phone / device while driving a vehicle on a road. Fined £80. Licence endorsed with 3 penalty points.

RICHARD JAMES BARNETT, aged 39, of Henrys Way, Lyme Regis. Admitted entering a dwelling as a trespasser and stealing a quantity of alcohol. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. Ordered to pay £250 compensation and £85 costs.

SY JOHN STOREY, aged 30, of West Bay. Admitted at Bridport stealing two legs of lamb, to the value of £50:58 belonging to Waitrose. Community order made with drug rehabilitation requirement for six months and supervision requirement for 12 months. Also admitted at Bridport stealing a men’s Nevis jacket to the value of £88, belonging to Fat Face and stealing an Emporio Diamond Fragrance, to the value of £87 belonging to Boots. Community order with requirements as above.

MARIE O’FLAHERTY, aged 57, of Hawthorn Road, Charlton Down. Admitted driving a vehicle after consuming so much alcohol the proportion of it in blood was 168 milligrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood. The legal limit is 80 milligrammes of alcohol per 100 millilitres of blood. Fined £400 and ordered to pay £85 costs. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 16 months.
