SUN-SEEKEERS have been flocking to Dorset once again to make the best of sweltering temperatures.

The latest readings from across Dorset show in some parts, temperatures have reached 28°C today.

In Weymouth and Portland the numbers are slightly lower, with the highest recorded Met Office temperature at 23°C- but that hasn’t stopped people having fun in the sun.

Bathers have packed on to Weymouth beach, hundreds of people have enjoyed a Family Fun Day at the Marsh and in Dorchester festivities are in full swing at the Forever Sun Festival.

Forecasters predict that tomorrow will be another sunny day, with unbroken sunshine in the morning giving way to cloud in the evening. Temperatures could climb even higher.

Monday is looking a little fresher with some heavy rain predicted.
