PASSENGERS can put bus managers on the spot during an online event ahead of timetable changes.

First Wessex is holding a Meet the Manager online event where customers can ask questions and give feedback direct to the bus operators’ senior managers.

Between 5pm-7pm tomorrow, Mark Williams, First Wessex’s Business Manager and Natacha Tagholm, First’s Regional Customer Service Manager for the South West, will be available to answer questions and take comments about bus services in Dorset.

Customers can interact with them through either using the hashtag #tweetboss on twitter.co.uk/dorset or via the Facebook page facebook.com/ FirstinDorset.

This event is in addition to First Wessex’s regular Meet The Managers’ events and customer panels around Dorset.

Natacha Tagholm said: “A large percentage of the feedback we now receive comes via our social networking pages.

“These online sessions give our customers an opportunity to learn more about what we are doing and give us feedback about how we are doing or anything specific they want to raise with us.

“Our winter timetables are starting on 28 September when the frequency of buses on certain routes will be changing.

“If any customers want to find out more about them and how it will affect their journeys, this is the ideal chance to engage with us so we can explain what is happening and why we are doing it.

“We look forward to meeting many of our customers online for the event on 9 September and I hope they will find the session both useful and informative.”
