A DORCHESTER nurse turned author will be signing copies of her book at Waterstones in Dorchester on Saturday, November 1.
Gill Davy-Bowker will be at the book store in South Street from 10am to 12noon to sign copies of her book The Meltdown of a Banker’s Wife and there will be themed cupcakes on offer.
The novel tells the story of a former nurse whose husband’s world implodes when the banking crisis hits.
Gill, who worked as a staff nurse at Dorset County Hospital, turned to writing after health problems forced her to leave the profession.
