NEWLYWEDS Jason and Kerry Barnes, from Dorchester, married at St George’s Church surrounded by close family and friends.
They had a reception at the George and Albert Hotel with a three-course dinner and disco, which over 120 people attended.
Kerry, 31, said she has been together with Jason, 28, for seven years and they met through mutual friends.
They had a red and white colour theme for their special day, and an unusual Eiffel Tower-design cake as this is where the couple got engaged.
Kerry’s sister and Jason’s niece were their bridesmaids, and Jason’s good friend was his best man.
Kerry said the pair honeymooned in Tenerife after the wedding and she is ‘very happy’, adding that they are both settling into married life well.
They said: “We want to say a big thank you to family and friends and to the George and Albert for putting on a fantastic do.”
