The person who daubed "No Flats on Pier" on the seafront shelter will probably be quite offended to be dubbed a "vandal".
If anything is vandalism it is the proposed project by Howard Holdings on the Pavilion site, which is being bulldozed through by Weymouth and Portland Borough Council despite widespread and vociferous objections.
One wonders why. . . . . . !
