Road closure following fallen tree
A fallen tree caused disruption to the roads this morning.
Dorset Police were called to reports of the fallen tree on Lyme Road in Uplyme at 2am.
The large tree had blown over and was resting on power lines, completely blocking the road near the Lime Kiln Lane junction.
Devon and Cornwall Police took over the incident.
The B3165 between Lyme Regis and Raymond’s Hill has now reopned.
