Chimney fire report
COUNTY: Dorset Fire and Rescue Service was called to a chimney fire in Cerne Abbas on Saturday, April 25 at around 8.30pm.
Crews received reports of a fire involving a wood burner in a property in Abbey Court.
Firefighters from Maiden Newton and Dorchester attended the scene in response.
The fire was confined to the chimney and crews used a chimney kit to extinguish the flames.
