First Great Western staff set to strike
FIRST Great Western staff are set to strike next week in a dispute over jobs, services and safety.
Members of the RMT union across First Great Western services will take 48 hours of strike action between 6.30pm on Wednesday, July 1 and 6.29pm on Friday, July 10.
Members of the RMT Union voted overwhelmingly yesterday (Tuesday, June 30) in favour of strike action.
There will also be a ban on overtime from 6.30pm on July 10 until 11.59pm on Saturday, July 11.
