POLICE have closed off part of the A352 in Middlemarsh after a three-vehicle crash.
The incident occurred at around 4.30pm between Tiley Knap, Middlemarsh, and the B316 Holnest junction.
The extent of the injuries are unknown but an ambulance has been requested.
The vehicles involved included a grey Mercedes registered to a man from Sherborne, a grey Land Rover registered from Dorchester, and a silver Citroen registered to a man Sherborne.
Recovery was requested for the Land Rover.
Dorset and Wiltshire Fire and Rescue Service was also alerted to the incident.
Two crews from Sherborne attended the scene. No one was trapped but firefighters helped make the area safe.
The road has now been reopened in both directions.
