Cyclist taken to hospital after fall from bike
A WOMAN has been taken to hospital after falling from her bike in Weymouth town centre.
Paramedics were called to Custom House Quay near the South Parade junction at 11.10am.
A 68-year-old cyclist had fallen from her bicycle and suffered injuries to her face.
She was taken to Weymouth Community Hospital for treatment, though the injuries are reported to have been only minor.
Police were also called to the collision at 11.16am and partially blocked the road.
It was clear at 11.52am.
