POLICE are appealing for witnesses after criminal damage at a community building.
A band hall in Dorchester has been damaged and officers believe it may have been caused with a BB gun and a football.
Windows of Durnovaria Band Hall on Kings Road in the county town were smashed in two separate incidents last week.
Dorset Police said the first incident was a window that appeared to have been broken by a football.
A second separate incident was recorded a few days later.
Again, windows were smashed, this time the damage was allegedly caused by a BB gun.
Officers said that metal BB pellets were located nearby.
