ON THE 11th July 2007, Victoria Latimer and Ellie-May Masters interviewed Lauren Carter and Jade Perren from Conifers Primary School, South Dorset.

They were experiencing the hectic life of taking on children and all of their needs.

So we decided that if they could take a time out from parenthood we would ask them a few questions.

"What have they learnt in the lesson?"

They told us they had learnt how to top and toe a baby in the bath and how to change a baby's nappy which was exceedingly hard as there were three types of nappies to choose from We then thought it would be a good time to drop in...

"Have you had a taster of what it will be like to have children before you are ready for commitment?"

"Yes it's a bit harder than I thought, though and it's made to look sleepless so I'm just glad I don't have to keep it for the night" (laughs).

We would like to conclude by saying that Weymouth College has given all the schools on Portland and in Weymouth a great opportunity and a head start.
