Commuters to and from London Waterloo face delays of up to 30 minutes

Train services running across the whole South Western Railway network may be delayed by up to 30 minutes and the delays are expected until 11pm this evening.

Displacement of train units and crew shortages on some routes, together with a number of minor incidents has caused congestion to form this evening.
