Fire crews are at the scene of a major blaze at a Dorset brewery.
Plumes of black smoke are currently filling the sky outside Hall and Woodhouse in Blandford Forum Dorset and Wiltshire Fire and Rescue Service have confirmed they were called just before 2.30pm and that there are currently eight crews at the scene.
A spokesman for DWfire said: "We were called to Bournemouth Road in Blandford at 2.28pm where an empty warehouse is fully involved in fire. We have fire engines in attendance, one from Blandford, two from Poole, one from Wimborne and one from Hamworthy, with three more en route. I understand that the police have closed some roads immediately around the site, presumably because of the smoke."
Bournemouth Road has been closed between Stour Park and West Street.
Dorset Police have confirmed that road closures are in place between Bryanston School and the mini roundabout by Tesco. They were alerted to the incident at 2:34pm.
Drivers have been urged to avoid the Bournemouth Road area if possible.
Tony Brighton, who lives opposite the brewery, said: "As I stepped out of the back door of my property I became aware of huge clouds of black smoke.
"I rushed upstairs to have a look out of the window and realised it is a big fire."
