A man has been taken to hospital following a single vehicle collision in Dorchester.
Police were called at 6:01am following the accident which occurred on the A37 between Monkeys Jump and Weirs Roundabout in Dorchester.
A Dorset Police spokesman added that the man was taken by ambulance to Dorset County Hospital.
The road was closed following the incident but reopened at 8:22am.
