VISITING yachts to Weymouth Harbour are down on the same period last year by almost 20 per cent.
A report to next week's Harbour Board shows 880 visitor nights from April 1 to the end of May - 19 per cent down on the previous year and 10 per cent down on the three-year average.
Board members will also be told that 265 of the inner harbour marina berths have now been taken out of a total of 411, and that 89 of the allocated 105 commercial berths have been taken.
All 29 of the chain and sinker moorings are occupied.
