A SPECIAL award was presented to Graham Frampton, managing director of Waterside Holiday Group, by the members of Melcombe Regis Rotary Club.
The award was in recognition of Mr Frampton's support and assistance with one of the club's charity projects.
The club organised a concert at the holiday park by a troupe of young singers and dancers from God's Golden Acre, who were on a UK tour.
God's Golden Acre is an orphanage and outreach project for children in KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa.
All the children have either been orphaned by AIDS or are victims of violence.
Pictured are president of Melcombe Regis Rotary Club Chris Males, Graham Frampton and Gill Ketchley, local representative of God's Golden Acre.
