HEAR cutting-edge klezmer and folk music from some of Scotland’s finest in Cerne Abbas.
Moishe's Bagel will make a much-anticipated return to the Artsreach rural touring circuit in Dorset this March.
Formed in Edinburgh in 2003, Moishe’s Bagel combines the energy and passion of Eastern European folk music with the excitement and soul of improvisation. Stunning original compositions meet sublime traditional melodies, all backed up by infectious foot-stomping grooves.
They have regularly toured across the UK and overseas, notching up sell-out gigs at venues including the Sage Gateshead, St George’s Bristol, Edinburgh Queens Hall and many more.
Boasting some of the best instrumentalists that Scotland has to offer on fiddle, accordion, piano, bass and percussion, join this virtuoso band for a night of rip-roaring, foot-stomping, jazz-inflected klezmer and Balkan music.
Moishe’s Bagel tour to Sturminster Marshall (07903 057427) on Saturday, March 12 and Cerne Abbas (07823 778758) on Sunday March 13. Both performances start at 7.30pm. Further information and tickets are also available online at www.artsreach.co.uk
