A MAN has been banned from entering a Dorset town centre after allegedly exposing his genitals.
Vivian Brooke, 24, appeared before Weymouth Magistrates Court on Tuesday, March 7 facing five charges.
Brooke, from Castletown on Portland, is charged with three counts of criminal damage, one count of exposure, and one count of assaulting an emergency worker. He has yet to enter any pleas.
The exposure charge relates to an alleged incident in Weymouth on December 30 of last year, when it is said Brooke ‘intentionally exposed’ his genitals ‘intending that someone would see them and be caused alarm or distress’.
As a condition of his bail, Brooke has been ordered not to enter Weymouth town centre until his next hearing on April 27 - except when travelling on the number 1, X52, or X53 bus when travelling between Weymouth and his parents’ house in Bridport.
It is further alleged that, on December 16 of last year, Brooke assaulted a police officer in Bridport and caused criminal damage to a police vehicle and a police cell on the same day.
The 24-year-old will next appear before Weymouth Magistrates’ Court on April 27.
