A MAN has been re-sentenced over a series of offences after failing to comply with the requirements of his original order.
Martin James Webber, who also goes by the name Martin James Toop, appeared before Weymouth Magistrates’ on Thursday, March 2 having failed to attend three appointments as required by a community order.
As a result Webber, aged 44, and of Ranelagh Road in Weymouth, had the order revoked and was re-sentenced for seven offences.
The offences date from March and December of last year and include theft of a charity box from McDonald’s in Jubilee Retail Park, theft of face cream from Superdrug in Dorchester, and resisting a police officer.
A new community order was made with Webber required to complete 20 rehabilitation activity requirement days over the next 12 months.
