Wyke Coastguard was called to a medical episode
Coastguards were called to a man who had suffered a medical episode.
On Thursday, June 1 2023, coastguards assisted paramedics in evacuating a person from a vessel.
The individual had suffered a "medical episode".
After being assessed by a Doctor, the casualty was taken to an ambulance for further checks.
A spokesperson for Wyke Coastguard said: "We were tasked by Solent Coastguard to assist South Western Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust evacuate a person from a local vessel. He had suffered a medical episode.
"The casualty having been assessed by a Doctor and then paramedics made his way, assisted by paramedics to an awaiting ambulance for further checks."
