A guitarist who has played with world-renowned singers and bands will be performing in Weymouth this May.
Robbie McIntosh will be performing with his band at The Bay Theatre at Weymouth College from 7pm on Thursday, May 23.
He has previously played as a guitarist with The Pretenders at the Live Aid gig in 1985 as well as with Sir Paul McCartney, Sir Tom Jones, John Mayer, and Norah Jones.
His band features Steve Smith on keyboards and vocals, Steve Wilson on bass and vocals, Pete Hope Evans on harmonicas, Paul Beavis on drums, Jody Linscott on percussion and Hannah Robinson on guitars and vocals.
Between them, the band members have played with artists including Go West, Sir Elton John, The Who, Stevie Wonder, Lana Del Ray, Kylie Minogue and Jay Z.
Music students at Weymouth College will also present a set of cover versions and originals at this event.
